I have used this product to paint around the skylights, holding tank vents and roof seam at the front and rear of my 1995 Dutchmen 30' fifth wheel rv since I bought it new in 1995. I do it every spring, takes about 30 minutes and have never had a problem in these areas where a leak is most likely to occur. I recommend this product for use on rubber roofs after cleaning the area to be painted.

It's ok, I thought it would be thicker like the old days, this is the same viscosity as paint

The first can of this rubber roof coating we got from Home Depot, but then they didn't carry it anymore and we needed more to finish our RV project. This coating sticks to the rubber 5th wheel roof when the first product we tried started peeling off and flaking within 2 weeks. Impressive product.
