I connect lots of wires when building motorcycles. I used to solder and shrink wrap everything. This takes a lot of talent and time to do it correctly.Since I found these butt connectors I've given up the solder joints.With the correct crimping tool, these butt connectors work flawless.They hold the wire so tight you can't pull them apart.You can join multiple wires in a single connector.When done, slide the shrink wrap over and seal it up.I like to put some clear silicone on the connector, then slide the shrink wrap over for a completely water tight seal.I recommend these butt connectors.

I am SO GLAD they added foam inserts to keep all the different size pieces from getting scrambled in shipping. So many times with other products I've had to hand-sort all the stuff after I receive it... or just send it back hehe... sometimes its not worth it... Also of note; looks like these things have generous weight to them so they will hold a crimp well, unlike some other crimps I've purchased. Very nice!

They work great and would recommend for anyone that does any kind of wire splicing. I wish the wire could be pulled all the way through. That may lower the crimping quality of the wire though. Highly recommend.

I have gotten away from using the normal plastic coated butt connectors and switched to these. I feel they give a more positive and secure connection. I have been using these for a couple of years now and so far have had no issues with them. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought these for a few different projects. I needed to wire underwater lights for my boat (wires are not underwater, they're in the hull), a stereo for my side by side, and an air compressor for my truck's helper bags. These worked perfect for each project. Great range of sizes and the connectors compress easily and without cracking. I covered them with heat shrink when appropriate.
