Ordered this product with high hopes. First unit blew as soon as power supply was connected. Ordered a replacement unit and same issue occurred. Additionally, color input came out of multiplexer in black and white.

I buy these by the dozen due to price and ease of use. We use these to split a camera input into 4 so that we can add more cameras to our 16-channel systems. The main thing to remember about these is that they come set for PAL and we have to set them to NTSC. Simply hold the left button while powering the unit on and it will convert to NTSC. We also go through the menus to ensure that all displayed text is turned off. These just work. Better and cheaper than many of the alternatives. My company currently has well over 50 of these in our installs. We have used hundreds of quads over the years, and these are our favorites. I hope they never change a thing on them or stop selling them.

This splitter quit working in less than 60 days and Amazon does not have a way for me to return it, to contact the seller, or to ask for a replacement. There is not even an option for product support.

The product is impossible to setup. I follow all instructions and still can't pass the initial setup screen. Disappointed.
