This balance board is awesome. It’s sturdy & wide so you have plenty of stepping room. You can do various exercises with this board. There is a large sheet of instructions on various different exercises you can do. Very happy!

This is a nice quality product. Feels sturdy. Very versatile. Been using for step exercise routines -a slightly wider board would work better but this has been fine. Like that you can change up the components - and this becomes a balance board. Non slip components on bottom are nice.

This is great quality and heavy duty. I like how well it holds your weight without tipping or anything awkward. It’s been a great addition to our routine and just what we were looking for

Great step, even though it's plastic it's very durable and stable. Doesn't slide around, has good feet. And feels very supportive. Many uses too with the rocker board and slant/calf stretcher.
