My mom has had a great deal of health issues the past few years, and just recently finished her physical therapy. We are trying to put her full PT program together at home so that she can keep building strength, and this step is absolutely perfect for her.The step is large, not slick, and easy to adjust height. She likes it a lot, and she believes it is a better step than the one she was using in physical therapy. Excellent product.

I weigh approximately 190 lbs and the stepper holds me easily. As previously mentioned their are no instructions on how to assemble for different heights. Two heights are easy to figured out the third I had to puzzle through for a minute but got it. I have no regrets with this purchase.

Smaller then I thought. I am more comfortable with wider step ups. However, it is sturdy.

I'm a short lady and was having trouble reaching all the way down into my baby's crib without getting up on my tip-toes.Turns out single step step stools are weirdly expensive and usually around 1" too tall to stow away under the crib.Without the risers up, this is the perfect height! It's sturdy and grips the floor well, so I don't have to worry about it sliding around if I don't step on it squarely in the dark.

I opened the box and unfortunately there is a piece that is broken. It would have been a great addition to my home gym.

I purchased this step not only for exercise but I also use it in my Jeep when I am picking up my Mom. It gives her extra height to be able to safely get in and out of my higher vehicle.
