Getting into pizza in my commercial food business and I was excited to upgrade to pizza boxes from trays. Had my share of trail and error the first time using but as I’ve used more I just can’t seem to really like this product.The bottom of the box is not firm, not as sturdy as I’d expect a tray for this job to be. And when I have the dough balls loaded in the box they all sink into the middle and then crowd each other and touch. Not great for production and I have had compromised batches several times already.They don’t come with a lid. But they do stack well enough together, relatively tight.They do fit in my speed rack nicely.They don’t fit in my commercial dishwasher.They remain slippery and the dough balls do not stay in place in the tub, see photo.Overall I’m not very happy. I’ll have to figure out some other purpose for them or just get rid of them because for commercial pizza dough proofing, it’s a but of a bust.

Not as heavy duty as I had expected but they will work just fine. Can't seem to find a cover anywhere online though. Don't expect fast shipping if you are in the midwest as they are coming from California so I waited two weeks for delivery. That being said, I just reordered them as I'm not in a hurry for them and the price point for the level of quality will do fine for me,.

Product photos show an opaque box but they're actually so thin that theyre semi transparent. Also, no lid included or available for purchase that I can tell. That leaves your top box uncovered.

Pleased with tray, sides high enough dough doesn’t leak out. Big issue is no lid. One lid needs to be included or at least available to purchase per order of 4 trays. Because they stack they don’t nest so need lots of storage space to store.
