Instead of using these for my alternate air, I used them to clip my removable weight pouches to my BCD. I got tired of replacing the weight pockets and these will help me to save a dive. 🤞

Good standard octo holder. The triangular carabiner’s spring-loaded wire gate is tight (as it should be) – it remains securely closed and should never inadvertently open. The carabiner’s swivel attachment rotates freely and doesn’t catch. “Diver Down†webbing has reinforced stitching. Lastly, the silicone ring stretches just enough to hold the mouthpiece tightly yet releases it with a good tug – again, just as it should. The owner of my local dive shop, an expert with decades under his weight belt, concurs with my assessment.These well-made octo holders feature everything needed -- recommended.

Bought this product a few days ago and did two dives and and after each dive it was rinsed well with attached bcd but the metal part is now rusted. Other then the metal part the product is well made.

Using this for your keys gives you pride that you're a scuba diver or a free diver. This is well made and worth the price especially when it comes with four of them. The materials used to create it is pretty solid. It is giftable to your friends who also dives. It's also a good conversation piece when someone sees your keys.

I purchase this clip to use to hold my regulator, however, after 1 day in salt water, is rusted. Do NOT buy this if you plan to dive in saltwater. Worthless clip. Its a shame, the disgn is nice and the other materials are good, but the metal part, its for fresh water only.

Well made except for the clip. It rusted after one dive. I am anal about equipment care but this rusted very quickly. This photo shows the clip after I filed and brushed off as much rust as I could. Great clip, makes a great key chain, just don't get it wet.

As other reviewers have stated the metal clip has a real rust problem. Despite militantly rinsing my gear after every dive, this is how the clip looks after just a couple months of usage, see attached picture. Do not buy.
