The string can't fit in the narrow opening. I pried it open a bit more but it's still not big enough. Pretty upset that they say 3/4 & 4/4 , which are clearly differently sized instruments. These are probably ONLY for 3/4...

The slots for the strings to go in are very narrow. I had to pry apart the metal to get the C string to fit between them. In addition I have had trouble with the top pin becoming misaligned with the back of the tuner. The screw becomes misthreaded and tuning becomes impossible. Will not buy again.
