This product was fine and did the basic job it was supposed to. However, one side was fully connected still, so I had to rip it apart for it to fit onto the cello correctly. I don’t think that I should have to do that when purchasing a product, but it wasn’t that big of a deal and for the price, it was fine. I don’t know that I would buy this brand again, but for now it’s OK.

Doesn't fit on the bridge well at all. I have to force it on, while one of the wings dangles and sometimes interferes with putting the mute on. When in orchestra, because of these issues it takes too long to put the mute on. When the music allows only a brief moment to switch to mute, I sometimes cannot do so timely. Will try another brand.

It works just fine, but they forgot to cut a line in one of the sides. Not that hard to fix, but definitely points to a lackluster QA process.
