The metal collars that came with my dumbbell handles would not stay locked. I ordered this second set due to online ratings. They are a firm fit and do not come loose. I only use up to 60 lbs per dumbbell, so I can't testify above that load. I've been using them for almost two years with no problems holding the weights securely.

We have the ELISON adjustable weight set - dumbbells, kettlebell, and barbell set. It comes with similar "locks" but seemed to be one short - if you wanted to use the set in more than one configuration. I ordered these and they not only work perfectly but seem to be more secure than the locks that came with the original sets. I notice the orange ones that ELISON provided seem to be less tight after a single rep - where these remain in place for the whole workout.

Fits my bar, just like my toys🤔😳. 4 stars because they don't stay in lock, the spin locks don't lock and simply spin around, but not a big deal.

All four I received do not fit a standard 1" thread at all. They are so loose that you can pull them off without unthreading them. I tried them on a barbell and two dumbbells and the results were the same. Complete waste of time and money.

Sorry to say that 3 out of 4 would not even thread onto the bar. Not worth it. Spend more and get quality product.
