I've been a tile contractor for 40 years.A constant problem was finding a high quality, inexpensive bucket. This rubber liner works great! If you don't have a place to easily wash this liner out. You just let it harden over night at the shop or job sight and just reach in and pull it outðŸ‘. I tried 2 defferent colors for a couple weeks and now I'm buying more. My helper loves them!

Wish I had bought a few of these a long time ago! But come to think of it, I'm not sure I've seen these for sale at any hardware store in the past. Nevertheless, these silicone liners do a great job at preserving your buckets, at least when it comes to paint and cement. I haven't tested it with concrete and I'm hesitant to use a drill mixer, but I may be surprised with how durable it is. Definitely worth adding to your hardware arsenal!

People like to give me a hard time when they see how nice, organized and clean I keep my tools. They usually think they are brand new, unused and just on display, you know...because I'm a female and there's no way I even know what these things are called or how to use them. I like to see their faces drop when I take them around my house m, showing them all of the things I've done myself. You see, we can all learn if we have the desire and I like to spend my money on other things. So I do all my own work instead of calling someone else. And I absolutely HATE going to use a tool and having it not be in it's spot or worse...dirty.I kid you not, I have a stack of new buckets in the corner of my garage. I use them for anything and everything. Sometimes they get too gross/dirty to wash and re-use, so they get thrown out. I can't help but thinking of how much money in buckets alone I have thrown away and how much trash I've made that ends up in a landfill. So when I saw this liner, I had go give it a try. I'll admit, I had my doubts (concrete and mortar? Come on! No way!), but I had to test this out.The liner arrived quick, somewhat tightly folded, packed down and sealed in a plastic bag. It looked a but pathetic in the bag, so I figured I had just waisted $70, but I was in for a treat. The liner sprung to life after being removed from the bag. There were still some creases, but they quickly flattened out as soon as I put the liner into a bucket and filled it with water. I'm sure an overnight sit would have been fine, but I wanted to check for leaks, and there wasn't a single one.The liner is made from silicone that is quite flexible and medium in thicknes (around 4mm). It slides into the 5gal buckets really easy, without having to be forced/pushed in. There is a nice lip on the top of the liner that holds it in place perfect. Along with the studry silicone, no matter how heavy the contents, the liner isn't sliding into the bucket. The measurement marks are a total WIN on this liner, making it SO EASY to get the right proportions. They are easy to read/see and while they do stick out a bit, they don't catch the material inside. So far, I haven't had any issues with them wearing down.I've done quite a bit with this liner so far- mud, paint, mortar and concrete included (those are just the major things, because I've been using this non stop!) and to my shock, amazement and pleasure the liner had held up fine to each medium without issue. Not only does this liner make mixing easy, but clean up is ridiculously easy! Hard, crusty stuff peels right off once it's dry and everything else rinses right off! Despite being put to the test, over and over again, it's hard to even find/see where this liner had been used at all! There's nothing stuck to it and there aren't any rips, tears or signs of damage. That's perfect for me, as I like to keep my stuff in pristine condition, and I'm very greatful that I don't have to sit and scrub it for hours.I'm DONE replacing buckets and creating trash! This is such an amazing and handy thing to have and I wish I had found it sooner!Sure, the upfront cost is a bit pricey, but trust me...it's 100% worth it! It's well made and lasts, plus I never in a million years thought I could mix mortar in the same bucket that I had paint/concrete in the week before- but this makes it possible! Liner bags can't hold a candle to this (and those get expensive, especially if you get the good ones!) and you will never have to scrub or throw away another bucket again, so it basically pays for itself!Don't sleep on this gem! It truly makes life/any job easier!

Good fit, easy cleaning, a bit expensive, but if you're doing something that hardens up like small batches of concrete, plaster, or the like, I imagine that the convenience would be worth while. For regular painting and such It seems a bit overkill.Particularly when new the creases from the folds are rather pronounced.

This 5 gallon silicone bucket liner is going to be a great help with our painting or resin project. It saves us time from cleaning the bucket. It fits good good & is easy to use and fold for storage. What a wonderful idea!
