I was a little worried about price and quality with this. But it has been perfect for the price!! I have been very happy with this. Everything is super easy to use and switching tools is really easy.

So many parts came with this unit. Very pleased with the heat press - works every time. The pressure adjustment is hard to adjust but so far so good. All attachments work great - hats, cups, bottles -you can make so many different things- I love it.

First press arrived broken. Seller was quick to replace (here in 4 days). Manual shows two metal plate presses (inc in first box) but missing from replacement. So disappointing. Waiting on response from seller. Looks like a nice unit and easy to use. Will update once I get the chance to actually use item. Great customer service. Responded immediately and corrected any issues. The product works very well. We are very satisfied

Bought the 15" x 15" press with multiple attachments after my lastheat press called it quits, but not before ordering one from another manufacturer (and having to have it replaced because it didn't work correctly - then having the second one replaced because it was also crap).I am VERY happy at the quality and functionality of this press. I love that it has a swing arm AND a slide out try. It makes setting up a T-Shirt super easy. It seems to heat evenly across the plate and the timer works great (you just have to start the timer, unlike my last press that automatically started when I put the handle down).In full transparency I haven't use the attachements yet, but am in love with the main press thus far and would strongly recommend this item to others.I looked at a ton of presses from various websites before ordering this press, but I feel like I got a great value for the price.

as an airbrush artist at my local flea market a heat press is one of your most valuable tools. This heat press is easy to operate( I love how it turns instead of lifting straight up). I haven’t used the other parts,but I’m looking forward to it.

I had an issue with the tumbler heating pad. I submitted a problem with the product and within a couple days I received a response. I told them about the problem, and they promptly sent a replacement. It took a couple weeks to receive but luckily, I ordered a different tumbler press that came in just in time. I now have multiple presses and can handle larger orders. Though this was not the ideal way of growing, I will look at the positive and cannot thank seller enough for the no hassle replacement.

Works perfect! Does what is expected and have no issues. Heat level is on point and does not take long to heat up.
