I got this stuff for crafting. I build a lot of miniatures for my dollhouse and wanted something that would be easy to work with, so decided to give chip board a try. I'm pleasantly surprised. The first thing I built was some shelves for the dollhouse. I wanted the shelf to be strong, so I glued 3 layers of the chip board together. It was very easy to cut out the pieces needed with just a strong pair of scissors. It is most definitely strong with the layers! It feels just as strong as a piece of wood would be! I used clamps to hold the layers together flat while waiting for the glue to dry (overnight) so I didn't have any warping. I think that without clamps you might have that issue.Painting was a breeze, it took to the chip board with no problems at all.I'm super happy with how my first project went and will definitely be using chip board for many more craft room projects in the future. Also used for the cover of a journal I put together (that was covered with fabric). I like that you can use just the one layer if that's all you want or you can make it just as strong as a hard cover book by adding layers.I'm definitely a fan of chip board for crafting now.

I would say maybe a little thicker than puzzle thickness. Very study

We used these as the basis for small books we are making in an art class. Very sturdy!

This product worked well with my Cricut cutter. But the the 50pt is barely firmer than 120lb card stock. I use it along with a sticker to do print then cut for Photo Booth props.

Great price and the right weight. Already used it and cuts cleanly. Love the kraft brown color. Big pieces and lots of them! Theres plenty here for my purposes but would buy again. Very pleased.

I am planning to use this for cartonnage projects... fabric or paper covered boxes. I need 100 point chipboard by my cutter will not cut such thick stock. I will cut the necessary pieces from the 50 point stock and glue together to make 100 point stock.
