Not much I can say except they do their job and you get ALOT of strips. Nice business investment in my opinion.

These strips work well and i've been using them for my fish tank. The colors appear very bold and easy to read. I really like how there is an addition of copper testing as my plant growth supplements contain traces of copper and my snails HATE copper. By looking at everything available to test, these strips really work best with a fish tank. Not sure why i'm not giving it five stars, as these are a good value. I might question the accuracy of my nitrates as this reads higher than any other test I've found.

They do exactly what they’re supposed to. Great!

colors are so close on the test sheet you can never tell the range. A total waste of time and money.

Sold as a “9 in 1 Drinking Water Test Kit†this is an interesting test kit where the package itself says it is an Aquarium Test, it says you can also test Tap Water, Well Water, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. Sort of a do all kit. I ordered it to compare my untreated to treated home water and it seems to test some of the basics, but misses out on some additional important checks that you may desire if you are purchasing this kit specifically to test your drinking water. For some reason there are 2 tests on the Test Strip Chart that say the same thing: “Nitrate 30s mg/L†(See Picture). I usually see sulfate and sulfite - is this a printing error? They also list under their “comprehensive Testing†say that it checks for bromine, cyanuric acid, none of which are seen on the Test Strip Chart for the 9 in 1 strips, you will need to buy the 16 in 1 kit it you want these or to test for lead. The 7 in 1 and 16 in 1 kits actually say drinking water tests on the box. This seemed a little confusing to me. I think they need to make sure the item description better matches the one you have chosen. There were also no directions included with my kit. I actually had to go back to the item description to find them. They are simple to use, just get a good uncontaminated sample of the water you want to test in the little test tube, dip the strip in it for 3 seconds, wait 15 seconds and read.

I tested different water samples and different locations of water supply and other than hardness there was negligible difference to be noted even though test sample were from tap, filtered, soft water, TDS filter and R/O water. - all looked about the same.

Since this page represents (at this time) four different but similar products, I got the 16-in-1 test strips, a foil package of 100 strips. The instructions are easy to follow: dip the strip in your water sample for about two seconds, then lay it horizontally (probably so the dyes don't run into other) for 30 seconds, then start taking your readings.First I tested my city's tap water. Of the 16 tests, 13 were slightly above the lowest possible values. Then I tested water from my refrigerator which filters the water, to some unknown extent. Of the 16 tests, just 7 were above the lowest possible values, and these 7 reflected the same values as the tap water. After a couple of days, I tested my tap water again, to see if I would get consistent results. And I did.Almost all cities and towns are required to annually test their public water supplies and publish their results. For my slightly-elevated results, I compared the values I got with the city's latest published water tests (2023):* Copper: My test value was 0.5 versus the city's test value of 0.34. These are essentially the same values as the strips can't give continuous/precise values.* Iron: My test value was 0.3 versus the city's test value of 83, the only surprising difference. I hope/assume the city has greatly improved their iron filtration in the last year.* Lead: My test value was 5 versus the city's test value of 1. The test strips' lowest non-zero value is 5.* Nitrate: My test value was 1 versus the city's test value of 1.47.* Chlorine: My test value was 0.5 versus the city's test value of 0.82.* pH: My test value was 6.2 versus the city's test value range of 6.5 to 8.5.Except for iron, the strip's results were remarkably close to my city's test results, which I take as a good sign of accuracy. The package is well marked for date of manufacture (they were about 1.5 months old when I got them) and date of expiration, the latter being two years, just as mentioned in the product description. But the product description also says "No rush: use within 90 days of opening" so apparently these strips should be used in the next three months, which seems quite fast as I don't foresee using a test strip...every day! Because of the 90-day use requirement, I dropped one star in my rating.

I have a drinking water filter unit and a ppm meter but I am unable to test other parameters. This dip strip fills that void. I am able to check the general scope of my water to know if I need to change the filters or if other issues are present. Keeps the guesswork out in water quality while keeping me safe.

This is a good little kit for water testing. It comes as two 2 test tubes with lids so you can take your sample away from the water to test more easily.2 stick on thermometers for putting on the outside of an aquarium or vivarium (read between 18 to 34c)A sealed foil packet of the 50 separate test strips with a dessicant packet for freshnessThe strips are the usual thin pieces with the test squares down themHold your strip in the water a few seconds, lift out and hold flat.Wait about 30 seconds or so and read off against the chart on the packet. It is well laid out to correspond with the strips and there is a KEY to show low reading, safe reading High readingI didnt find this obvious at first but realised after a while that the numbers above the squares on the chart tally with the key boelow (just threae coloured words)You probably wont find the coloured numnbers useful for colour blind people as they are orange dk green and redSo you dont need a guide to show safety of each element as it is all there. The pack has a squeeze together closure but I would suggest also having a second zip lock bag to double check it isnt picking up any damp from the area where they are stored.I got these for using when the water board have done the work on the road (scheduled for 2 weeks time) as they say the flow might be a funny colour for a while after and I want to be sure we will be safe to drink it.They can also be used to check pool water etc.Very easy to use.I like how versatile they are.The cost seems reasonable

Testing water at home or for a pool used to be guesswork. Now I dip a small strip, wait a moment, and compare results to a chart. It flags potential issues swiftly, so I can correct them before anyone experiences problems. The set includes many strips, good for multiple checks. The process is quick, giving consistent feedback. No more complicated or expensive tests needed.

I wasn’t sure about whether these would be park honestly, but they really did. We tested with different solutions and they respond. I’m very happy to add these to our travel first aid kit, I think we should be testing the water even when we visit places in the U.K. lot just abroad. Necessary for anyone who travels.

As a quick test on drinking, pond or pool water quality these Kedixiest 9-in-1 Aquarium test strips work OK, but they are not a complete diagnosis solution because the essential ammonia test for pond or aquarium or pool is not included on the test strip.I compared the pond (deep, very mature planting and by now mostly rain water) against our softened tap water and the very hard normal tap water (317ppm).It proves the calcium hardness works (because the ion-exchange water softener removes calcium and replaces it with sodium), and that the pond has very low levels of Nitrites and Nitrates. I was surprised to see how high the Nitrates were in our tap water. The pH is also a bit high in both of the tap water tests showing it still has alkaline minerals, as expected and necessary in a public water system still using lead pipes, whereas the pond is spot-on neutral. The timings (2s, 3s, 15s, 30s, 60s) are a bit confusing depending on which instructions one uses from where on Az page or on packet and what they refer to. Fortunately with so many test strips to play with one can experiment.Once the pouch is opened, moisture in the air will begin degrading the strips, so reseal it immediately any strips have been taken out to maximise viability for the remainder.

Tested 3 water types tap, filtered, contaminated. Didn't get any change across the three which leads me to believe these test strips are dud and cannot rely on them to test water.
