I built a 2x4 bench top and used these disks to get a good smooth top. I was able to use a sandpaper cleaner on the disk and reuse it. Lasted a lot longer than I expected.

These are wonderful for wanting a smooth surface before you stain or finish with polyurethane. They “stick†well to the orbital sander pad.When they start wearing out, I take it off the orbital sander. Then use it by hand, flat on drawers or furniture tops or fold it and use it on curved surfaces or sides of the top of furniture.Would definitely buy again!

Durability and length of use out of this product is ridiculous compared to 3M and any others I have used. Using my orbital sander with the 60 grit, I built 2 workbenches, with extending platforms on hinges. When I was done there was barely any wear !!! The velcro fails before the grit. I would recommend these dics to anyone with an orbital sander
