It can be so difficult to find envelopes that fit business checks perfectly. Some will show the recipient’s address but not the sender’s address, while others will hide parts of the addresses, and worse, others will show parts of the check like the check amount, or check memo. So much for security. Our check envelopes have a unique bottom window design so your check amounts and memos will always be hidden, and our window locations are positioned perfectly to line up with your addresses. NO NEED to reformat your software.
- Bottom window location of 3/4'' from the bottom, and a window height of 7/8’’ prevents the check amounts from showing in the bottom window like other check envelopes
- Bottom window location of 7/8’’ from the left side, and a window width of 3.5’’ ensures your recipients address will show without the need to reformat quickbooks for both tri-fold and 3 checks per page check paper. Just print and slide the check in

Update: The envelopes are good quality, but lacked the adhesive, which is why I gave them 1 star, originally. However, I contacted the seller, Blue Summit Supplies, and they sent out new envelopes and I received them the next day. Awesome customer service and great envelopes. Will definitely continue to purchase from this seller.

The windows line up perfectly with Harland Clark L416 voucher checks, which in turn work out-of-the-box with Quickbooks Online. I made no adjustments to the QBO voucher check print setup and the return address perfectly displays our return address and the mailing address of recipients shows aligns perfectly as well. No part of the amount line or the memo appear. The self-adhesive leaves a bit to be desired. Handier than envelopes you have to moisten, but I would think peal & seal would work better. Mine were not stuck to themselves as others have reported, and I don't see how they would unseal themselves during mailing. You can pull the seal off without tearing the envelope, but you do have to do it on purpose. I don't mail a lot of checks these days so I'll continue to use.

The 2 windows were the right sizes and in the right places for QuickBooks checks. The entries for the payee name and payment amount and the memo were fully covered by the rest of the envelope. The gum of the self seal envelopes sticks well when the folded flap is turned over and the envelope cover is pressed onto it. I don't know for how long it will perform as well. I am sure it would work well for months. I am wondering whether it would be as good after well over a year.

We process payroll with Quickbooks. We used to order our envelopes from deluxe because that’s who we order our checks from but prices have gone up and we wanted to see what other options we had. These work perfectly, show up quickly and are 1/2 the price. They’re a littttle tighter than the deluxe envelopes but that’s only noticeable if you’re trying to add something in with the check.

This is a very good product to have for those who use to send cheques generated by QuickBooks. Cheques perfectly fit in showing only required fields and hiding cheque amount or other detail. Self adhesive make sealing the envelop easy.

Great price, good fit, but everyone of the envelopes had a corner stuck shut. Had to pop every envelope open. Beyond aggravating, wont buy this brand again
