I've hung hundreds of ceiling fans, and the wire hanging strap allows you to hang the ceiling fan while you connect the wires & complete the installation. The fan was perfectly balanced with no vibration on any speed, & NO MOTOR HUM! High quality for the price; can't go wrong!

Great looking fan and light. Using this in an outdoor pergola with a roof. The fan is quiet and moves a good amount of air that you can feel while seated. The light is bright enough for the pergola without being too bright. Using the fan with a switch requires the use of the remote as the fan does not remember it's last settings when the switch is turned off. App control is via bluetooth and does not have any smart features that allow voice control. Overall a good fan and light that looks great in my pergola and is very quiet.

I like this fan a lot. It's a nice mix between traditional and modern. I got it because of the claim of light wattage; however, it definitely is underwhelming. I think it barely has enough light for our modest living room, but I definitely need to supplement with lamps in order for it to be bright enough. The fan modes and remote are nice. I don't care for the warm light or the dim light, but full bright on daylight setting is pretty good. Install was pretty normal as far as ceiling fans go.
