A little worried about how the plastic is going to hold up in the long run being the first time I put pressure on it on my living room carpet I heard it crack in 2 places but checked and nothing broke so we will have to see.

This product is made cheaply. I am not incompetent, I used it as directed exactly. Not only did it snap it half immediately, but when I tried removing the handles afterwards, pieces of plastic snapped off as well.It has a quality jump rope and the resistance bands are nice. But the board itself is trash quality, I would not recommend buying this item unless you just want the extras available.

Convenient to use and easy to store! I love that it doesn't take up much space. Iam able to do a TON of different exercises which keeps things both fun and challenging. Material is durable so far but time will tell. Overall, it's really useful and worth the money!

Very impressed with the exercise set, it’s pretty sturdy and has a lot of combinations to make my calisthenics more unique. I watched the videos and I know how to use it properly now. The board targets different muscles as advertised which was important to me. Everything was right on track, the equipment fits into the bag and it doesn't take any space in my house haha.

First, the board. This board itself is awesome. Shows where to position your hands to target different muscles. Because if you didn't know, depending on the position of your arms is what muscles are being worked.this is actually something i have been working on myself. I have been doing push ups wrong my whole life. Why not just use your hands on the floor? Well you can but this 1) teaches you positions 2) protects your wrists, and 3) it's compact and I like it. 4) you can create a deficit and increase range of motion by going chest to board.Then we have to accessories. The jump rope is a nice free roll. If you don't know what thet means, then just know it's helpful and that's what you need. The bands have 3 different handle attachments. You can hook two together to make it longer if you need to, or use one at a time. Overall very happy with this set and excited to grow with it.
