They feel cheap, but for the price that is to be expected. They seem durable and haven't slid around on me. My biggest complaint, which most people probably won't have an issue with, is that I use them for calisthenics and so I mostly do handstand pushups with them. The issue is that the handles are slightly inclined making normal pushups comfortable, but doing a handstand with them isn't as ideal as ones that are level.

You have to push the handle with force to seat in to the feetThe feet on both cracked. I glued them in and I can use them. Should have gotten the steel ones

I bought this as a gift for my nephew. He loves that you can fold it to pack with you anywhere. Great for anybody who would like to challenge themselves with push-ups

These pushup supports come in a box with the feet detached from the bars to save space. The feet simply slide on slotted ends of the bars. They are extremely light weight because they are plastic, but light weight is not always a good thing. The box states a user weight limit of 330 lbs, but I would not trust these up to that "limit". I am about 230 lbs and you can see the bars give way a little when using them. I don't believe they could take another 100 lbs without breaking quickly. That could be very dangerous. Not only could one hurt their hands and wrists if it were to break, you could also hurt your face/head if you cannot catch yourself fast enough. Not to mention the risk of cuts from jagged plastic if they break. For these risks I removed 2 stars. I left it at 3 because I feel it would be safe for anyone under about 200. I am not sure I'm going to continue using them for the time being since you can clearly see them bend/give way. Plastic will only do that so many times before it becomes weak and eventually breaks. If you are looking for a workout aid, keep the weight of the end user in mind if thinking of trying these; for their own safety.

How to cheat at pushups until you get stronger:Stand in a hall facing a wall while holding your Push Up Bar Handles. While holding your Push Up Bar Handles, stand far enough away from the wall so that with your arms extended, the Push Up Bar Handles just touch the wall.Without moving your feet and with the Push Up Bar Handles pressed against the wall, lean in while bending your arms.Sort of a vertical push up. Do 5 or 10 of them whenever you pass by that area of the hall.As the days go by and you get stronger, stand further from the wall and do the same 5 or 10 'vertical' push ups every time you pass that area of wall.Soon (in your own time) you'll find yourself doing regular no cheat pushups on the actual floor. Just like I'm going to be doing hopefully. But these Push Up Bar Handles are fun. Much more fun than trying to do pushups without them.Good luck.

The board is alot smaller in person. The board is made for a person with shorter arms.Overall the board is sturdy, I couldn't use it because my arms are longer but not a bad choice if you have shorter arms

Facile a assembler mais le plastique semble facile a casser
