I have purchased a few of the adapters so far.They run true and work great for my South Bend with 1 1/4 x 8 threads.I really like the set screws for reverse turning.

It doesn't fit the shaft, it's very close, but when I measure it, I get 15. 5mm using my telescoping gages and micrometer. I then used a 5/8" pin gauge, and it also didn't fit. I guess I'll have to see if I can get it reamed to fit. It's a shame, because it seems to be well made.
