Needed this to install a torque converter on a axis m200 minibike. Seems to be good strong metal. Slips right over as it should. Makes a good snug fit.

The key had to be cut much smaller. The key cannot share the slot with the built in key with the clutch kit.

First thing, the picture showing a 3/4" keyway is... Well, wrong. The description, saying the outer diameter of this piece is 3/4" is correct. Beyond the picture being wrong, I see no problems with it. It's exactly what I ordered (which is what I needed).It's a piece of metal tube with a slit in it, what could really be wrong? It fit for what I ordered it for.I knew it's length, but for my purpose I needed slightly shorter. It cut like you would expect for a piece of metal like this.

The bore of this sleeve looks like it was roughed out with a drill bit and left that way. Tolerances are completely unsuitable for its intended purpose (sleeving a precision ground shaft). As-is mine resulted in an assembled diameter that was 0.0015" oversized and impossible to use. The shaft key is also manufactured incorrectly with a height of 0.3125" instead of 0.2500" (imperial standard key is 3/16" tall for shafts this size; this bushing is 1/16" thick; so the key should be 3/16"+1/16"=1/4" tall). Fit of the sleeve slot to the key is also very loose and sloppy; at least 1/16" oversized which may result in the key rolling over with high torque.Yes, I could rework everything but I shouldn't have to. I paid for a legit shaft sleeve, not this piece of garbage. Spare yourself the hassle and buy something else. Return it if you already ordered; don't reward this seller by letting them keep your money.

This is a zinc plated adapter like all the others. It is not 304 stainless steel like it says in the description in two different places. I purchased this one specifically because it said stainless steel. It will be used in a marine environment so I am very disappointed. I am sending it back because I was able to find another one that I believe is actually stainless steel.
