These looked to be well machined. The threads are a little rough, but easily screw onto the angle grinder attachments.Using some spare collars from some old angle grinders, I was able to attach either a cutting or grinding wheel to the arbor. This will make it very useful, especially in a drill press. I did a test in the drill press and the arbor runs true. The only concern would be, being aluminum, the shaft may have a tendency to bend under lateral pressure, but some aluminum alloys are extremely strong and rigid, so we shall see.
