We initially ordered this tub from a competitor, but it was several hundreds of dollars extra and the delivery was 6 weeks out, so we took the chance and ordered from here instead. It arrived from California in 3 days! The shipping and delivery was easy; our delivery gentlemen struggled a little due to the size of the box, but they delivered inside the house and our contractors installed it from there. It was delivered in a large box with minimal supports inside, but since the tub fills the box completely, no chance it shifted. The stapled paper booklet with installation instructions felt a little cheap, but the information was there and the video here was helpful. It is a LARGE tub which means it accommodates everyone's bodies. I ordered the GLOSSY version, so it is slippery smooth inside. We put little suction cups on the bottom of the tub for traction and have had no issues. The sides can be grabbed for stability because they're curved. It's a good value tub, comfortable to lie back and soak, easy to clean (a little vinegar and warm water solution in a spray bottle). It is deeper than MOST tubs on the market. The build is great; everyone likes it. We have only had it for a month or so, but praying we don't have leakage or any other issues. It's also beautiful and easy on the eyes. The drain came with it and our contractor was happy with the quality.
