I love this thing. worth every penny.Been doing it a week straight and have already noticed a huge decrease in some knee pain and overall soreness from working out and being active.The quality is great, the bottom seems padded or cushioned, and is comfortable to sit in. I'm 5'8 and have plenty of space. I like to submerge my head and work on hold my breath. I found it helps you focus on something other than the cold. I also specifically bought it for the lid and the marketing of "change it every four weeks"I also bought a electric thermometer and its kept the water in the 61-63 degree range.I used ice cold water and three bags of ice when i first fille dit up. I could add more ice to get it colder but i haven't. I also live in Colorado and it's been a rainy few weeks. and my patio is covered and faces north/ little sun exposure.My only complaint is that I've recommended this product to a bunch of people and it seems to be unavailable! Great product and I wish more could invest in the company and support them.

I was nervous about it not holding up well but it has. Sadly since it isn’t insulted at all the ice does melt quickly so you have to re fill it daily. But it does it purpose, it’s small and I can keep it out of the way and it definitely helps our bodies feel amazing

Pros:- Shockingly easy to set up. Took me about two minutes to set it up, not including the time taken to fill with water. Didn't even have to look at the user manual.- It's easy to drain and move.- Deceptively roomy. Space to move around a bit and submerge your head.- Cover keeps the water clean and cool.Cons:- It's a little pricey.- It's not as cold as I'd prefer it to be, even with four bags of ice; but I've been doing this for a long time so I want really cold water. In order to keep it really cold I freeze four giant Ziploc bags of water overnight and dump it in the cold pod in the morning.Overall I'm extremely satisfied with this product. I highly recommend everyone start there day dunking into one of these!

Its cheap and easy to set up. If I had to do it again, id get a nicer one. I really dont fit well, 5'10 275 weightlifter, cannot get shoulders under water. It doesnt maintain temps for long, so expect to add ice every use.

I received my Cold Pod in record time from my friendly Amazon driver and was excited to get it set up.The pod comes neatly in a handy bag with a small manual pump to inflate the upper ring of the pod. This beauty is super simple and quick to set up(instructions included for those who may need them).11 minutes to fill, add a block of ice, get in and feel the benefits. I had my first go(10 minutes), an hour before bed and it was the best night’s sleep I’ve had for a long long time. I have used the pod every day for a week and I’m not feeling sluggish, I feel more pro-active and niggling aches are disappearing.Super sturdyDoesn’t take up too much room or look out of place in the gardenPortable(can’t wait to take it camping with us)Great thermal cover, the water’s temperature doesn’t rise, even with the beauty sunshine this weekend.Kids love it, we’ve all had fun timing each other, who can stay in the longest.Great fun, great benefits. Super happy customer.

The tub arrived with no lid. There was no logo on the side and the inside colour was different to the image. I assembled it and it felt very flimsy, it didn’t resemble the picture at all, or a tub for that matter- it looked kind of like a deflated bouncing castle. I filled it with water to see if that added any rigidity or structure, and it did not. The tap at the bottom leaked.Honesty, this tub is worth about €20 at most. Don’t waste your money, get something else. A barrel maybe. A barrel would feel more luxurious . I’m returning the tub.P.S. seriously, the barrel wouldn’t need to be new or even clean to achieve a more luxurious feeling than this product.

This product is well made with what feels like high quality materials. It looks a lot better than other cold tubs on the market and is a luxurious upgrade coming from a plastic tub. I wish I chose this straight away.The set up was really easy and only took a couple of minutes. There is also an easy to follow start up guide.I am about 5"10 and when sat fully onto the bottom I am covered up to my chin with plenty of room around me unlike other products where I have found I am cramped up by my legs while crouching down. there is padding on the bottom which was very comfortable to sit in as well as in inflatable neck rest around the top of the ring.The lid is easy to apply and secured on with a drawstring.The valve allows easy emptying of the cold tub with an attachable hose (just make sure you close it before filling the tub unlike me).Everything was packaged very professionally with everything I needed including a bag for easy storage.Very prompt deliveryI could not recommend this product enough!

I was quite skeptical at first about the steep price tag but none the less am fully satisfied has a great build quality, and does an excellent job at maintaining the cold temperature and was delivered before the expected date. Overall would recommend to anyone looking to get into buying an ice bath
