Nice solid carbide end mill, it cuts really nice on my little mill, I have used it on non ferrous metals so far, and it did very good, copper was a little sticky but it didn’t hurt the bit, it kinda just built up on it a little bit, but didn’t effect the cut, I did notice the copper milling was a little rough, but I changed speeds and it cleaned up the surface nicelyThe teeth held up very well and no chips, but I’m not sure if it will work on mild steel or high carbon steel, but if it’s solid carbide then it should do fine as long as rpm and feed speeds are watched then it should cut fine

Used on me CNC milling machine for some fine work. Make light cuts due to size and it works well. I am not a production shop, so this is a good value for me.

We used this endmill on an aluminum job and it worked great. The tool was very sharp and didn't leave much of a burr which helped when deburring the part. This endmill should last a while if using on aluminum. We also will use this machining Titanium and it should not have a problem. I will update this review after machining Titanium.

Very sharp. i was only milling 6061 aluminum but the point is speeds and feed. Other then that it worked as expected. Thanks.

I’m the most amateur of hobbyist so I don’t know one mill from another yet. It’s good looking with a dark copper finishes and very sharp flutes, even the shaft looks perfectly honed. This 1/4” ball mill cut through .200” of aluminum with no problem. There were some tool chatter marks but I believe that may have had to do with speed and feed and I should have been running much faster with carbide than the 810rpm I was running. It’s definitely going to do what I need it to for hobby use but I can’t say if it would fit in a professional shop.
