The bits are as described. Not designed for roughing out material you'll break off the tip of you try. The point is 0.1 mm, I'm using to cut mylar to a depth of 0.3mm and the cuts are precise and clean.I will buy again

HUHAO did a fine work making these 5 bits. they are sharp and equal on all sides. They also came packaged well with individual protective cases. I wanted a fine point to engrave with and that is what I received. I will be ordering from them again.

I use them to engrave on red Oak blocks and the detail is sharp. If you get one that’s got a nice tip on it. They normally don’t right away so considering the price I think they’re a good deal.

I have only used one but the point was dead on the center of the shaft. I have bought others that where cheaper but most of the time the point was off the center of the shaft by 4 - 5 thousands and the tip would ether break or mill would cut a track twice as wide as I needed.

They did exactly what they supposed to do.

Using a calibrated microscope, I measured each tip. The narrowest point on the tip is for the most part 0.1mm wide. Unfortunately, these things sip so the widest point at the tip determines the width of the cut. These have a widest point of between 0.2mm and 0.26mm.

Got these specifically to do PCBs. On my initial test run (see pic!) these have done FAR better than the typical bits that come with a small “3018†style of mill. You can see that these did need to go a tiny bit deeper. Believe this was .135mm DOC. At 10k rpm, it seems be happier at 100mm/min than the default 120 which made for less copper tear out.No tip breakage so far. Broke several of the OE ones in less than 100mm of travel! Time will tell I guess.

These broke almost instantly on the cnc. 1 bit worked fine but next 2 broke as soon as they touched the surface of the material. Definitely don't work like tipped bits. Look for other optionsEDIT: The seller did reach out and replaced these, I have not tried them but they seem to think there was a bad batch so willing to give it another try. The one that didn't break has been cutting brass coins no problem so if the rest are as good I'll be happy!

These bits are likely HSS and not carbide as the seller claims. They are not true as you can see the tip "wobble" as you roll or as you rotate in chuck. They don't even break, just melts the tip. This was in plywood so I would expect it to be worse with harder materials. Went through all 5 bits to do only one sign and still couldn't finish until I switched to a more reputable companies bits. I have made two more of the same sign and finished the original all with one bit from a competitor and it still feels as sharp as when it was new. I strongly advise against these bits unless you have extremely light duty work.
