My 2017 key fob was falling apart at the keypad and showing through the rubber buttons. For a full replacement at the dealership they wanted an arm and leg. This is a great option and the fit was almost perfect. The only thing I noticed was when inserting the original cut key in this shell it took a little more pressure than the OEM one. The look is identical to the Original, there was no need to reprogram as I just took out the internal control board and switched to this shell.

Overall, I am pleased with this fob. It fits the battery, circuit board, and original key perfectly. The only reason I deducted one star is because I was hoping to just replace the top half of the case but keep the original bottom half with the Chevy logo. You can see from the picture that the tabs on the sides are not the same size, so the new top doesn't quite snap down onto the old bottom. I may try to file off the some of the longer tab on the original in order to make it fit, but for now all the internal components are securely seated in the new case and it looks great, besides the missing Chevy logo.

Perfect fit and very nice quality. The front will fit to an original back, if you want to keep the bowtie. Even the lanyard feels sturdy. Highly recommended!

The remote was easy to change out. The only issue is the original remote back with the Chevrolet logo will not fit the new remote with the cut valet key inserted. Regardless, the replacement works well and the front is identical to the OEM remote.
