As advertised. I really wanted a set with flat hex heads. Comes in a nice plastic box. No dimensions listed, just on the outside cardboard box.

I got the set of stainless steel bolts because I was building some supports for solar panel racking on my roof. I knew I wanted to use stainless steel because of the corrosion and rust resistance and I wanted black to match my solar panel trim and solar panel rails. These bolts were perfect fit for my requirements. The bolts and nuts and washers all fit well with no defects that I could observe. Even though they were long for my application I cut off the excess length with my bandsaw. The set has incredible value because if I had to get all this hardware for my local hardware store, it would cost a small fortune. I’m buying a second one of these sets just to have around the house for any projects that I might do in the future.

The bolts, washers, and nuts were all fine. Great value, but the tolerances are not as good.

I got this set because I was mounting a new whale-tail fin on the sterndrive of my powerboat. I ordered the bolts long because I wasn’t sure the length I needed to go through both the plastic fin and the stern drive itself. I installed the 4 bolts I needed, then cut them to length with my Dremel.I appreciate that these are black – matched the whale fin color, and that they are stainless steel: I don’t want any rust. I also like that they come with a flat washer (top) and lock-washer (bottom) to make my job complete without having to find other parts.The cost for each set (bolt, nut, washers) is a buck.

Well made, color is just as the picture.There is not really much to review about it, there no defects and the nuts and bolts work as they should.

I needed some stainless steel hardware for some modifications I am making to my backyard offset smoker. I was just going to get regular stainless steel bolts and nuts from the local hardware store until I stumbled across these. I was sold just on the fact that they are stainless steel with a black oxide coating. That is going to look so much better than plain steel. Once I received them, I also realized the reason for the price. The machining of these bolts and nuts is pristine, and that gives them a much better cosmetic appeal. If you are building something high end, where appearance is an important factor, these are the nuts and bolts for you. Since I am using them on a smoker, that is going to be a good test of the oxide coating. I will come back and update my review if I notice any problems down the line.
