I hate the feeling of chalk, and my son who has sensory issues does, too. These are perfect, the holders are easy to use and adjust, fit well in small hands, and also helps with keeping the chalk from breaking when using.

These chalks are terrible. They are not very bold colors yet they are impossible to erase. We tried chalk erasers, soap and water. In the end the only thing that would remove the chalk was a magic eraser. Therefore, these are not kid friendly at all. I wish we had figured that out sooner so I could have returned them.

I have never used "dustless chalk" before. It's feels almost like a crayon. It also doesn't come off the chalkboard like a regular piece of chalk. I needed to use water and a bit more pressure. This is better for restaurant chalk boards and artists more so than little ones who constantly want to erase their drawings to make a new one. I was disappointed that all the chalk holders were the same color unlike the images. It makes it easier when you have multiple young children to allow they to each have their own specific color.

My students love using chalk at recess to draw and play games. The many colors help is creating drawings. Hands clean easily after use.

Was looking for vibrant chalk for a blackboard. Not only are they barely visible but they are WAXY. you cannot erase these. I had to scrub with windex to get it off. I returned them.

The texture of it is more like crayons than chalk. The chalk holder is definitely needed as it rubs off on your fingers with use. They also seem to break easily, though regular chalk does as well. I do think it takes a little work to get it off our chalk board but it works fine on the sidewalk. Overall, it has some flaws but my son doesn’t mind using it so it’s not all bad.

This is definitely low dust! I've tried some other low dust chalk and honestly couldn't tell the difference, but this is the real deal. You can even see the difference in how they write in the review image I have where one says "Low Dust" in quotes and the other doesn't. The non-quoted low dust is the chalk from this set!It is somewhat annoying to erase as a result of the difference in consistency, but it hasn't been impossible so far. Admittedly, it might react differently on a proper chalkboard, I only have the cheap plastic boards that are being sold these days. But I'm really pleased with the results! You'll either want a very firm hand when you erase or to use some sort of liquid or spray. My only issue is that the holders for the chalk come with magnetic strips that are barely adhering to the surface of the grips. One of mine arrived with its strip detached, and the others followed suit relatively quickly. I was able to reglue them down and haven't had issues with it so far since, but it's worth being aware of if you want to be prepared to use these straight out of the box. They do work well though and I love the control I have over the chalk while I write with it.

No dust and writes really smooth. The quality and color are very bright. It’s very durable but maybe too durable. It does take a little elbow grease to wipe off.
