Product arrived in packaging that looked hammered and looked like the product had been opened and used. It arrived WITHOUT the sheet stand. Keyboard seems to be in good condition and works properly.

Does not have loud enough sound. And sound quality is not realistic. May be good for kids , but not recommending for adults.

This piano is great for people of all ages it has so many added features and my son’s favorite is the light up keys that helps teach him how to play. He absolutely loves it. I would highly recommend this product!
