This stand is a good value . It's nice to use the remote to take pictures . The adjustable stand that could turn into a selfie stick is also great . It helps me take pictures to places where no other person could get to .Pairing the remote with my phone camera was easy peasy . I had no trouble there .Now for the cons . Sadly , the remote only works up to ten feet away before it stops responding . I tried using the remote to take my picture twenty feet away , and it didn't work . Another thing about the remote , is that you have to point it towards your camera . If you don't , the camera just wouldn't respond .The stand is stable on flat ground . But when it's on a hill or there is wind blowing , the stand can become wobbly .Another thing I wanted to point out , is the instruction booklet that came with the camera . The letters are just so small . Please use bigger letters when printing the instruction booklets .Other than all the things I just said . I feel this is a great buy . This tripod will go with me on many vacations . Therefore my score for this item is 4.5 out of 5 stars .

I had bought this for filming tiktoks & I love it! it’s definitely worth the price & does exactly what i need it to! okay quality, mine ended up breaking but i’d still buy again!

Excellent tripod for the price! I use it all the time in the gym and have never had an issue, almost two years of consistent use now.

I broke mine so I'll have to order another. It is nice, maybe not the best quality but pretty good - What I really like is the phone clamp, its not spring loaded like most others, it is a screw down clamp which was perfect for how I used it. I used bungees to tie the tripod to different spot on heavy equipment for interesting angles, and with the screw down clamp I felt that it securely held my phone better than a spring loaded clamp would. I was able to travel 50-60 mph on a bumpy frozen dirt road with it mounted on my tanker trailer and it held securely and got a good video.I broke the phone clamp part though by using it as a window prop in a grader lol. so its my own fault, which is why I'm happy to order another.The tripod stand itself was alright, but at max extended position a slight wind will make it wobble. But that's to be expected for something that's telescoped out to 5 or feet or whatever with a fairly small footprint. used it for northern lights photos and it did well enough - better to keep it not extended completely though so its a little more stable.Either way, good product, I'll order another since i broke mine.

I've been wanting to buy a tripod for my son's soccer games because I can't hold the phone steady enough when he's on the field. I thought I'd give this one a chance since it was under $20 --- and Amazon is really good about returns and exchanges for a lot of items.Well, this one is a keeper! It is light BUT sturdy. I set it up in a matter of seconds because there literally nothing to this thing --- EASY PEASY!Kids happened to be on the deck and it is windy so I tested it there, allowed it to play for a few minutes. The video turned out perfect - NO shaking at all! I had the tripod extended to its max and I thought it would wobble like crazy because my phone is large and heavy. Nope. It works great!The remote is also simple - works with Bluetooth, it has an on/off button on the side, and just a button on the front for taking photos or turning your video on record/off.The whole thing EVEN goes back in the box and it's compact enough to lug around with you.Just amazing and I am impressed!Can't wait for the next soccer game!

I'm using the new iPhone pro and the remote works great.The tripod seemed reasonably sturdy but one of the latches won't properly lock.The other latches have a proper locking sound and feel when you put it in it's place but the last one has incredible resistance when trying to lock it and it refuses to properly lock like the others.It takes less resistance to unlock that latch compared to the others.It makes me nervous that it's not properly locked so I don't bother extending that portion unless I really need too.So I have to choose between missing out on the needed height or the risk factor of the latch unlocking and damaging my 1200 dollar phone.So while I want to give it five stars I can't because it's defective off the bat.I don't know if other people have the same issue but it bugs me when I purchase something and it won't function to its fullest extent as it should.I also can't give it one star because it still has functioning features and it's still useful.I will update this review if anything else happens to this tripod.

I like the tripod and remote but fo not like that you can only use remote for pics. Need remote to record start and stop video.

Tripo stand broke within 2 months of use, shoddy build quality, not recommended for purchase.
