Really good piece of kid to throw in your shooting bag. Easily adaptive to most telescoping camera and walking sticks. It really should come with a strap to place over the top although you can make one from rubber strapping. Worth the price.

The v yoke said it would fit 1/4 or 3/8 in bolt. Not true, only 1/4 in bolt fits. I need 3/8 to fit.

Sturdy and Versatile Rifle Shooting Tripod with a V Yoke Stand - This is made to go on top of a monopod or tripod for use as a rest. I got it to use in a portable blind on a tripod where I can move it around depending on my needs. A 1/4"-20 standard screw hole is in the base to mount on about anything. The only negative is the jaws have no rubber or padding and are made out of the same hard material as the yoke itself. I am concerned about scratching or marking my firearms or crossbows. I will modify this by adding some slip-on rubber or foam (tennis handle wrap or equivalent?) onto the two Y's sticking up to protect my expensive equipment. It works and is a good value for the money.
