This stand is such a good stand that I bought two! It’s lightweight, folds easily down to a very convenient cylinder shape. I also bought the well made gig bag that the stand fits in. Both together have made my life so much easier when traveling from event to event. Very sturdy, but lightweight. Highly recommend.

My old stand fell multiple times scattering music everywhere. No more! This stand is easy set-up, sturdy, light weight. I also purchased the light combo, which adds what I need at times.

The only issue I had is that it does not hold in a raised position with a heavy 3 ring binder full of music. Other than that, it is really well made, attractive and easy to carry around. Good enough to take on gigs.

This stand is absolutely amazing.It folds up very small and compact into a cylinder shape which easily fits into backpacks and other carrying cases. It's lightweight, but not feather light. It has enough weight to have substance and be strong compared to most other lightweight stands. When folded up, the legs also turn and lock in so there's no risk of it opening up.It took me a bit to figure out all the pieces to push, pop, pull, twist, etc to get it all opened up. Once I did it the first time, it's easy to remember and use from then on.The material of this stand is very sturdy, especially in ratio to the weight. It has legs that extend out and the center stabilizer of the stand remains close to the floor, which reduces the possibility of the stand tipping over.The stand folds out to a very good width that can easily hold a lesson book fully open, plus, another page on the side. It has hooks on both sides to secure sheet music.The best part of this stand is the adjustability. The full stand can be adjusted to a child's sitting height, all the way to an adult height while standing up. When fully extended it does lose some of the stability, but I haven't had it rock or tip over.The stand also adjusts on the music part. It can be tilted in nearly all directions in all angles, and stays put when adjusted. This is critical for the professional musician! I placed a laptop / tablet on the stand and adjusted it while standing up to see if I could follow along with a video while playing. The stand held up my devices at a funny angle, did not wiggle, and did not collapse due to the weight. This is a huge improvement from most stands.The only downside of this stand is that it has a great attachment for a light built in at the top - but it doesn't not come with the light.

I want to say this is a great new concept music stand that really works well. I added the optional light, too.The stand is very light-weight, easy to assemble and great value!Stand adjusts pitch up to 30 degrees, which is very useful. Also, I always enlarge my sheet music to A3 size, and this stand accommodates that with no problem. I also bought the phone/tablet clamp for my iPad Pro.Customer support is Fantastic!!!!My instruments: violin, viola, cello, guitar.I RECOMMEND IT!

This stand seems like a great idea but is terrible in practice. I have had it only 1 day and I can see that it will not hold up over time. Reason? Because it is a friction fit! It is completely reliant on friction to stay up. With any amount of use it will eventually not hold anything without sinking. I put books and a tablet and phone on the stand the way i have done on every stand I have purchased and it is already sinking. There is no way to tighten after extending to desired hight. There is also no way to adjust the music holder. If you only need to hold one sheet of music then this msy work for you. But it will not last. I watched so many videos and reviews thinking it would work only find out that it just sinks if you put anything on it the way most need to.
