This set has a good range of weights for my son in 15U baseball. They have a nice amount of bounce when thrown against a brick wall. They are soft enough to not damage the wall and durable enough that they last after some abuse.Great value!

The trainers work well. Using them to strengthen pitching arm. Very durable. Price is nice.
