These sheets are good quality easy to clean. I use them to dehydrate eggs when my chickens are working overtime.

I can dehydrate liquids or just regular stuff. I don't have to worry little parts will fall thru the wire racks as things dehydrate and shrink. Very easy to wash too.

I purchased these to go wtih my dehydrator. I am not particularly pleased with the feel of the sheets and they spot badly when they're washed unless you dry each one by hand as you go and who has time for that. they are not quite as big as the sheet that came with the dehydrator but they do the job. I used them to make some fruit leather and they worked very well. I lined them with parchment paper and the leather released easily.

These are the perfect choice for dehydrating. A must for making fruit rolls or something that needs a side to the sheet you are working from. I don't understand the complaint that they aren't sturdy enough. This isn't meant to be a baking pan, it is a liner. My dehydrator brand does not offer sheets for their model and I was afraid that these might not work. They will work great and I am a happy camper!
