Hard to use in even large boxes. Very difficult to use with #8 stranded wire.

These are not copper. I was tightening down, and it snapped. When I examined it was obvious that it was some cheap pot metal with copper plating. Should not be allowed to sell when clearly advertised as copper.

Definitely not compatible with 6 gauge copper. I ran 8 gauge & it barely fit 1 piece in there. 2 was a struggle & I had to remove the clamp inside the nut. Manufacture needs to correct sizing.

Look good enough. Metric hex. Two of them wouldn't thread on by hand and required some insistence. Visible flashing on one of the cross bars. Not made the best, but should work okay. Somewhat cheaper than my local building store.

They are not solid copper, they are a piece of junk, do not buy this.

Plenty of split bolts are available with actual UL listing, specified torque values for secure clamping, and so forth. Why get something like this that is missing those safety features?

These are not made of copper. It's not even clear if the plating is copper but even if it is, it doesn't matter. They snap easily before they start compressing any strands of wire. I believe they're made of Marzipan.Don't waste your money on these.
