pins are not long enough to make a reliable connection on most cheap breadboards. You can and I have sucessfully hot glued or super glue them in place. Probably better for perfboards on the thin side.

I tried to use this with 18AWG/5 solid wire. That size wire fits, but the screws aren't strong enough to hold the five wires from easily pulling out. The screws stripped before holding tight. Needs to be made with stronger metal or better threads.

The 10-pin module is advertised as 2.54mm pitch. These connect to every other hole on a standard 2.54mm breadboard and are therefore double that pitch and twice the length of a true 2.5mm pitch terminal block.Not as advertised.

These will not handle 12 AWG wire like the description states. Probably only good for 22 AWG.
