A:Please check whether the input device is successfully linked and whether the output device is successfully linked.
Q:Why the mixer cannot read the USB stick / USB stick not working？
A:Please check if the music in the USB stick is in MP3 format/USB stick has the numerous software program/folder.
A:Recommend: USB stick only stores music in MP3 format
Reminder: MP3 function cannot be used at the same time when using Bluetooth connection

I got it to work but only if I pressed the volume slides into the board which means if I wanted to mix the music I would have to literally hold the slide down to get it to produce any volume...impossible to do while playing an instrument. Badly designed and not worth the price, then I may have just gotten a bad one but considering the way it was built I doubt it, you could actually see inside the unit through cracks in the side of it.

It has a comfortable size, not to small and not too large. I'm a solo entertainer who sings and plays guitar, so the inputs are ideal for me. It also has Phantom power for my Sennheiser condenser microphone. The effects are just delay (echo), not reverb (hall), which I would prefer, but for the price it's a good mixer!
