These work great in a drill to remove heavy rust. I purchased these to remove the adhesive and backing for a vinyl top for a car. These brushes are aggressive and durable and will leave marks and grooves on sheet metal. Heavy pitted rust - yes, adhesive and backing on auto body - maybe not so much.

I've been using these for about a month at work with a few different air tools rated at 20000RPM and they all seem to be holding up well. They haven't started throwing wires yet and I haven't needed to replace any of them. Use them for rust removal on automotive parts daily.Will buy again.
