I bought this tap specially for making a bushing for brake parts. Specially taking a 9/16 nut for a 3/16 line and drilling it out and tapping it so I could fit my 3/16 line into a 1/4 inch line female port on the rear of my proportioning valve.

A decent tap and die set. I used it to thread an aluminum bar and plate. Process went fairly well, but had to back off more times than I thought necessary.
