Maintenance and Repair of Window Regulator
- During regular maintenance of the electric lifter, all moving parts of the motor should be cleaned. The shaft sleeve of the transmission part should be filled or replaced with lubricating grease. The wear marks and carbon deposits on the surface of the motor steering gear should be sanded with No. 00 sandpaper. Diamond gauze should not be used.

The regulator and motor was everything that the company said it was. After watching a video, I found that the hardest thing was in taking the door apart. The regulator and motor were both easy to remove and install. After getting the door put back together everything worked perfectly. For the price and the way the product worked I give it a 10 out of 10 .

Our window was broken for over a year, went to a local mechanic & asked them if this was the item I needed, they confirmed then installed when I received and it was just what i needed. My window works perfectly.

I was excited because I saved $40 buying the part from Amazon and after installing it and putting it all together, it didn't work. The mechanic had to take the brain part from the old one and use it. Luckily it worked out but I got a defective part and I don't believe I will risk it again ordering a vehicle part from Amazon. Bummer.

We purchased this for my 2010 Chrysler Minivan. The first one we received was installed, but did not work. At first I thought it was our fault, but we checked and rechecked install and there was no reason it shouldn't work. I requested another one and the seller was quick to mail me a new one with the cavet I had to send the defected one back ASAP. Once the new one was received we pulled the first one out and put the new one it. It works! My car has a functioning window again. Wonderful Seller. The first one was defective, but that happens and they made it right. Thank you.

Very simple and easy to install. However,the motor which came with this product jammed up, so I had to reinstall the previous motor which was already in my vehicle. Overall, I'd say this product works great with my vehicle. I'd rate it five stars had it not been an issue with the motor (I'm pretty sure it was just one little flaw out of all the many motors made).
