Thermopile replacement operation steps:
(1) Close the gas valve, unplug the device power plug, ensure that the device is completely powered off, and cut off the gas supply.
(2) Remove the device panel, find the thermopile assembly, observe its connection method, and remove the thermopile that needs to be replaced.
(3) Install a new thermopile and reconnect the corresponding port.
(4) Restore the gas supply, ensure there is no leakage, start the device, and observe whether the flame is stable.

I've tried several of these. They all work for a while, then they stop. To fix that you need to clean out the two little air holes on the pilot tube. Then you get a hotter pilot flame, then they work right again. Plus I made mine really good: I just added a second one, wired it in series with the original one. I mounted it coming from the other side, and held it in place with some aluminum wire, which is really easy to do because aluminum wire is easy to use. So I get the volts off of two of them, it works super well, and then they last for a long time, as long as you clean the air holes and the pilot tube blowing some canned air or exhaust air or sucking it out even with the vacuum cleaner. You can see that the pilot then burns stronger, which is hotter, which gives you more volts to open the gas valve. Look at YouTube videos on how to clean gas fireplace, or the manual that came with your device.

Thanks!ORIGINAL REVIEW: The good was the fast delivery: Got it in 1 day. The bad is it doesn't work. Wouldn't get past 300mV. Held pilot ignitor for 5 minutes and wouldnt activate valve on my gas log set. Otherwise, I would like a replacement.

This was an exact replacement for the thermocouple is my daughter's gas fireplace.We changed it out last year, and it's still going strong.

Worked perfectly my Heat Glo unit. I'm about a year out at this time, and it has performed without issue. Saved me quite a bit on a repair bill.

This part fit my gas logs fine. It lasted one winter of use and then quit. You can see the hole that the pilot light burned in it. Definitely not a quality part.
