Hardware was junk / soft. Stripped or broke. Had to reuse the original nuts and bolts. If the wear plate is this soft it wont last

The blade on my 14-year-old MTD snowblower has seen better days. I finally decided to replace all the wearable parts on it. This replacement blade went in fine. One of the side holes was off by 1/8" but I have a feeling it is due to all the abuse over the years. The sides have a bunch of bends so I wasn't too surprised. I was able to pry it into place and get all the bolts in.

The scraper bar is well-made from quality metal. It fits perfectly on Troy-Bilt Storm 2410, which badly needed a replacement scraper bar. This scraper bar is of great value and is expected to last as long as the original one.
