This is a beautiful little cooler. The storage capacity is as described, although the outside dimensions were marginally inaccurate. It took about a day for it to cool its full capacity to the selected temperature, but it does a great job of holding the temperature once it got there.After using it for a few months, and seeing it work on some hot days, I noticed that there’s a limit to how much the solid state cooling device can cool things. Specifically, if the ambient temperature is over 80 degrees F it struggles to keep the contents at 50 degrees F. This is a known and expected limitation of solid state coolers. But it works great under normal conditions.The only complaint I have with the temperature control is that if the unit is unplugged or loses power, it also loses the temperature setting and must be reset to the desired temperature.Built-in light looks very cool although it could be brighter to better read labels inside the unit.

The wine cooler works great but it would be nice if the temperature would go down lower than 54 F. It's a good temperature for red wines but a little on the warm side for whites.

I followed the directions and set this up and left it empty for 24 hours. I purchased this to store white wine at 46 degrees. Empty, it finally reached 46 degrees. I put cold bottles of wine into the unit and everything seemed to be working. The next day I noticed the temperature had risen to 50 degrees and it was struggle to keep it there. This ran for days non-stop and could not get back to 46 degrees. If you want to store red wine at 54 degrees this will probably do the job, but it will not work for storing white wine at 46. I am returning the item.

Si far so good. It’s brand new. Hopefully it will last. The one I had prior to this one, another brand, dud to power shortages it died so we have to replace it.
