The harp on one of a pair of lamps was damaged in a move. It was not going to be easy to replace the bottom piece on our lamps—the base that holds the harp in place. That would have required major reconstruction. I thought all harps would be interchangeable and whatever I bought would fit. Not so.The prongs that fit into the base on this harp are fairly thick and that posed a problem because the base on the lamp was designed for thinner prongs. I was able to make it work using a large screwdriver to widen out the prong holders on the lamp. The connection wasn’t perfect, but it worked out okay. The glass finial on the top looks nice.

I bought a set of these Asjeumt 8 Inch Lamp Harps in December 2023 (black color) to replace the ancient ones in a set of vintage lamps. I somehow imagined there'd be some complexity with installation, but they were an absolute breeze. The form factor is wide enough to fit a standard A19 bulb without issue, but narrow enough to enable the usage of some more modern-looking lamp-shades. The design feels sturdy and durable. The black set I purchased are a rich-looking matte black -- the coloring creates an impression of good quality without being overly flashy. Similarly, the finials add a bit of style without being gaudy. Overall, I am very satisfied with these lamp harps, and would definitely consider ordering another set should the need arise.Regarding the rating I gave them, the only reason for my giving four stars instead of five is that one of the finials for my set arrived with a chip of paint flaked off (see images). While these things do happen (I used to work for one of the major shipping companies and am well aware of some of things that go on with package handling), a bit more cushion in the packaging would likely have prevented this. Regardless, the spot is unlikely to be discovered by anybody, considering where it is located -- if there is enough light to be seeing the spot, the lamp is likely on, and nobody will be able to see it with the glare from the bulb 🙃.
