These have handles that allow you to wind up strings of lights like winding in kite string. Each on e can hold two reasonably long strings of led lights. Not suitable for c5 or c9 lights, but who has those any more?These are light weight, and I would not use them for daily use extension cords and things like that, but they are perfect for the once a year use as intended. Christmas lights, Halloween lights, o ce a year patio party lights.Very reasonably priced.

This set is decent, but definitely not the best. The handles are a little too close together, making it hard to "roll" the lights up. These also don't have a lot space for the lights, so it doesn't hold as many lights as other sets. Lastly there is not clip or other device at the end to secure the last bit of line in place and prevent unraveling.

Thought great tool for organizing Xmas lights. Just went thru our lights and using these were much easier than wrapping and using ties

It was so easy to put away our Christmas lights this year! I wrapped them up one by one as I took them off of our tree. It was easy to get it started in wrapping them around the holder. It was a lot more organized as I put them away for next year and I can already tell I won’t have to worry about them getting tangled or damaged.

I only wish we had ordered more. Each piece holds 1 strand of our outdoor big colorful bulb lights. I can’t double layer them, you might be able to if you’re winding the small led bulb lights. I’d just order extra because you don’t want to be left with a few strands unwound and messy lol like me
