Not too much to report here other than these reducers work great. I installed one between my shower head and the shower arm and it is doing exactly what it should. I would recommend this product.

If you’re a really dirty person then use the black rubber insert, super clean then use the blue insert.

I tried all three flow restrictors in my shower head and the water volume was not reduced much, there is a lot of noise from the water running through the flow restrictor, and it's easy to dislodge the flow restrictor and washer if you overtighten the connections.

There is nothing wrong with these silicone shower flow washers, but they do very little to reduce water flow. The center hole is slightly larger on each color, but it made no real difference in water flow from one color to another and very little difference from not having one in at all.
