The first shipment never made it to my front door. I was home, checked 30 seconds after being notified of the delivery and it wasn’t there. It wasn’t anywhere in my neighborhood since I went porch to porch looking for any package that might have my name on. None found.Customer service was right on it. They never questioned my sincerity and immediately ordered a replacement, and then initiated an investigation with the carrier. They did right by the customer and did not involve me in that part of the process.The isolation pads do exactly what I wanted, i.e. added non-slip to some speaker stands I have sitting on a hardwood floor, protected the floor, and added isolation to my front main speakers. All worthy objectives. I would order from this company again.

I lost the package (carrier fault), then I contact to the seller and they respond and send me the replacement very quick. will buy from this seller again

Love these ISO pads.They just work and do the job well.They look great also.

I used these for my KEF Kube 10b subwoofer. Where before I had issues with all sort of wall/floor vibrations - now I do not. I just placed these underneath the existing subwoofer feet.
