Why you need speaker spikes?
- Speaker decoupling prevents unpleasantbooming and brings audibly more precision and balance in low, mid and highfrequencies.
- Acoustic coupling is done with spikes.They are attached to the bottom of the speaker with the tip facing the floor,and a support plate is placed between the tip and the floor to prevent damageto the floor.
- The speaker spikes come in the slimdesign and are adjustable in height. The cone shape and small bearing surfacedirect vibrations through the cabinet and into the floor. Back vibrations thatcould affect the speaker cabinet from the floor are kept away because of theirshape.

For the price these are great. Keep in mind the 3M has to be applied by you. It's provided, but not installed. Small issue unless you don't center it. Understanable for the price.

Easy enough to install. I'm using these on some small bookshelf speakers, primarily to keep them off the desk, angle them up a bit, and because I like the way the feet look. All went according to plan. But the next day, the feet had begun shifting off the rubber feet. It was a small difference, but over the course of several days, they were about halfway off. I peeled them off and repositioned, but it keeps happening. Will probably need to use my own.The other issue is that at high volumes with low frequencies, the spike rattles against the metal foot. This is probably particular to my setup, since they're angled. I fixed the issue by cutting small inner tube disks of rubber and letting the spikes rest on those. Worked great, if a bit of a jury rigged solution.
