These are a fine grit, so they are not an aggressive sanding tool. They do work well for getting into the small, tighter grooves and indented areas that are tough to reach with normal sandpaper and sanding blocks.I haven't used these a lot, yet, but my initial observation is that they don't seem to last as long on paint over metal as they do on bare wood. That isn't a surprise, really, just an observation.The stick is stronger than I expected, with barely any flex under light pressure. It is also a good length to make the sticks easy to hold and use.

Use these for making resin crafts. They can get into little nooks and crannies. Very handy to have, and these do what sandpaper or a Dremel tool can do.
